The main room is furnished with two leather recliners and a leather three seat lounge suite

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, full stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with free standing stove / oven, fridge, microwave, jug and toaster. A full range of dinnerware, glassware and mugs and all cooking utensils

Dining table situated between the kitchen and the main room with views across the lawn and beach to Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island

Bathroom

Tiled bathroom with superior fittings; electric point, bathroom heater.

Bedrooms

One double bedroom. Twin second bedroom.  Both fitted with alarm/radio clocks and electric blankets; all linen supplied.  Both bedrooms have lake views

Utility Room

Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.  The cottage is fully furnished with all linen and other consumables such as washing powder and dishwashing liquid provided.

Other Features

Breakfast hampers, either cooked or continental, are available on request.

Baby bath and highchair available on request
